Termination or End of Employment
An employment relationship may be terminated by either party, either through resignation or dismissal. The parties may also mutually agree to end the employment relationship.

Termination of an Employment Contract
An employee is not required to give a reason for terminating their employment contract.
In contrast, the employer must always provide a justified reason for terminating or cancelling the employment contract.

Cancellation of an Employment Contract
In cases of serious misconduct or neglect, the employer has the right to cancel the employment contract with immediate effect.
During the probationary period, the employment contract can be cancelled by either party without a specific reason.

Fixed-Term Employment Contract and Its Termination
A fixed-term employment contract ends automatically when the agreed period expires or the work has been completed, and it does not require a separate notice of termination.

Terminating an employment relationship by mutual agreement
The parties may also mutually agree to terminate the employment relationship at any time.
