Partnerships

The Union of Professional Engineers in Finland wants to promote science education and support activities that take Finns to the top – be it learning, insights or sporting achievements. An important goal is to bring the field of technology as close to the people as possible through different learning environments, events, and experiences, for example.

The Union’s cooperation focuses particularly on sports and activities where technology plays a key role. Partnerships are primarily formed with sports federations, as this enables broader impact and more effective contact with target groups interested in technology. Supporting women’s teams in particular promotes diversity and equality in the technology sector.

In addition to supporting sports federations, the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland conducts goal-oriented advocacy work with various parties. The Union often participates in events organized by its partners, which offer excellent opportunities to meet future engineers and possibly also future members of the Union.
