Labor market survey

The union’s traditional labor market survey is carried out annually in October and the aim is to gather information on our member’s salaries and working life. The survey explores engineer’s salary levels and other aspects of working life. Responses will be compiled into a salary statistics report, and are also used as backgroud information for the union’s advocacy work.

Invitations to take the survey are sent to our members by email. The survey will open on Wednesday, October 15. All replies to the survey are anonymous.

The 2025 salary statistics will be published on the union’s member pages on December 18. The other findings of the study will be communicated through channels such as the Insinööri magazine and the union’s website.
