You can use personal assessments, i.e. work personality tests, to put your own competence into words or to develop yourself, for example. They can be helpful in job search or career planning, among other things. By clearly and concretely describing your strengths, you can succeed better in your job search, and by identifying your own interests and work personality traits, you can orient yourself towards a career where you can make the best possible use of your talents.

Ability tests test verbal, numerical and mechanical or abstract reasoning. The tests give you a comprehensive picture of your own abilities and potential areas for development, and you can also use the results in your job search. Some recruitment processes also include various ability tests, so Clevry’s test packages can be used for training as well.

You can access the tests via the member pages. Select a personality assessment or an ability test package, or perform an individual ability test. To receive feedback on the ability test package, you must complete all the tests included in the package, so please make sure to reserve enough time for this.
