Employment projects to support your job search
The Union of Professional Engineers in Finland and some of its membership organizations have been involved in setting up projects to support employment, where multidisciplinary groups are trying to find solutions to unemployment. There is a wide range of high-quality training courses and events, as well as small group activities available.
Optimum
At the core of the Optimum project are career and job-searching skills, recruitment expertise, knowledge of the Nordic labor market, and diverse working-life skills, from digital skills to career well-being. Akava’s unions are involved in the project and, as a member of the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland, you can participate in the activities free of charge. Some of the events are only aimed at people living in northern Finland, while others are open to everyone. Discover what Optimum has to offer.
