Labor Market Survey

The annual Labor Market Survey is now open. The survey collects information on the salaries and employment of engineers and other technology professionals.

Salary Statistics

The results are used to compile the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland’s Salary Statistics and update the Salary Counter tool available to members. The data also supports salary advice, advocacy, and collective bargaining.
The survey is intended for graduates who have not yet retired.

The 2026 Salary Statistics for Engineers will be published on the union’s website on December 16. They will also be included as a supplement to Insinööri magazine in February 2027.
