Särkänniemi Amusement Day
The Summer of Fun 24 culminates in early August with the Särkänniemi Amusement Day on Saturday, August 3rd.
For three private hours from 9 AM to 12 PM, Särkänniemi is open exclusively to the Union members and their parties. With a wristband obtained from the Union the amusement park rides are accessible until the park closes at 9 PM. Restaurants are available at one’s own expense.
With the wristband, you have free access to the amusement park, rides, Doghill Fairytale Farm, Aquarium, and the Näsinneula Observation Tower. With just an admission ticket, you can enter the ride area, which entitles you to one ride of your choice or entry to the Näsinneula Observation Tower. The admission ticket does not grant access to Doghill or the Aquarium.
Ticket prices:
- Wristband, member €15 / each
- Wristband, other party members €25 / each
- Admission ticket €5 / each (every participant must have at least an admission ticket)
- Children under 3 years old do not need a wristband or admission ticket for the event
Tickets and wristbands purchased before June 23 will be mailed in advance. Purchased tickets are non-refundable, and registration is binding. A maximum of 10 wristbands/admission tickets per party.
The wristband is valid only on the event day, August 3rd, and the person with the wristband does not need a separate admission ticket. A wristband purchased from the Union of Professional Engineers is valid all day, until 9 PM.
Last year, the Särkänniemi Amusement Day was sold out, so please register in advance!
